Cancellation and Cleaning Fees
The Association charges cleaning or administration fees to organisations that do not observe the Conditions of Hire. Potential room hirers are informed of the Conditions of Hire and fees when they make reservations. Cancellation fees may also be charged if hirers give less than seven days notice of a cancellation.
Refusal of Service
The Association may refuse to hire a room to groups who do not observe the conditions of hire or default on payment. Hirers will be informed of this if a problem arises. Meeting rooms will not be hired out for private parties. This is necessary to ensure that the rooms can be kept clean.
